The role of commercial management
In my function as Commercial Manager the focus is on operational management and the efficient administration of all commercial areas. My tasks include the implementation of strategies in the following areas FinanceHuman Resources, IT and Administration. I ensure smooth cooperation between the departments and coordinate the day-to-day operations.

Distinction between CFO and commercial management
CFO
- Strategic financial management: focus on the development and monitoring of the entire strategy relating to finance, HR, IT and structures.
- Reports to the management or the Management Board and has a significant influence on the company's overall strategy.
- Responsible for risk management, investor relations and capital procurement.
Commercial management
- Operational responsibility: Focus on the implementation of the financial and business strategy in the areas of accounting, controlling and IT.
- Takes on administrative tasks and ensures the operational implementation of measures defined by the CFO and management.
- Often reports directly to the CFO and supports the financial strategy at an operational level.
This clear demarcation between strategic responsibility of the CFO and the operational management by the commercial management enables me to work efficiently in both areas and ensure that all company processes are optimally coordinated.
