More than 15 years of experience in leading commercial functions
As CFO, commercial director or manager, I have mastered crises/insolvencies, optimized corporate structures and built up financial structures from scratch. Sustainable and long-term business success has always been my focus.
I have worked for international corporations in the service and pharmaceutical/chemical industry and medium-sized European companies in the steel processing and commercial vehicle industry. I am experienced in HGB and IFRS, all versions of ERP and Microsoft Office solutions and various solutions for the further digitalization and automation of business processes.
Since 2022 I have been working as a freelance Interim CFO and Financial expertto support companies in the short term with financial and commercial Challenges support.
